Marvin Long, age 95 of Eminence, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Son of the late Edward Ned and Hallie Mae (Kelley) Long, Marvin was a truck driver from age 14, and the owner/operator of Long Transport. He was a charter member and board member of the Eminence United Pentecostal Church, now Restoration Life Church. Marvin’s greatest joy was serving God, loving his family, and maintaining his beautiful garden. He loved to play guitar and entertain his grandchildren. Marvin was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Long; son, Ronald Lee Long; and all his siblings.

Elizabeth Boggs (Sean) of Lexington
Daughter-in-Law: Barbara long of Pleasureville.

Funeral Service: 11 AM on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Restoration Life Church (4159 North Main Street, Eminence) officiated by Pastor Michael Luttrell and assisted by Bro. Bill Hedges.
Memorial contributions may be made to Restoration Life Church Building Fund.
Interment: Eminence Cemetery
