Betty Joy “Peggy” Tingle, age 94 of Pleasureville, passed away Friday, April 12, 2024.  Daughter of the late Morrison & Mable (Cullins) Rucker, she was a homemaker, a talented seamstress, and a fantastic cook!  She also was a member of the Old Home Rebekah’s Lodge #160 and Order of the Eastern Star #410.  Peggy was a life-long member & former deacon of Pleasureville Baptist Church. She was preceded by her husband, Vaden B. Tingle; son, Larry Bryant Tingle; grandson, Darren Jackson Smith, & brother, Phil Rucker.

Funeral Service:        11 AM on Monday, April 15, 2024 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Jerry Anderson.  Rev. Rick Downing will be assisting.

Interment:  Pleasureville Cemetery

Visitation:      1-5 PM on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home. Friends may also visit from 10 AM until service time on Monday.
