Billie Jo "BJ" Sexton

Billie Jo “BJ” Sexton, age 52 of New Castle passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025. BJ was a member of New Castle Christian Church. She helped raise countless children in the community for 40+ years. She loved her fur babies, Loki & Todd. BJ was a big UK Fan and also enjoyed traveling, camping & shopping. She dearly loved her family and spending time with them. BJ was preceded in death by two brothers, Jason Sexton & James Woods.

Mother: Brenda Woods (Lloyd) of Crestwood

Father: William R. Sexton of Waddy

Brother: Robert Woods of LaGrange

Sister-in-law: Sarah (Kinslow) Sexton of Smithfield

Grandchildren: Derek & Zoey Wilson and Miley Jo Sexton

Celebration of Life Service: 6:30 PM Thursday, September 25, 2025 at New Castle Christian Church, 260 S Main St, New Castle, KY.

Visitation: After 4:30 PM Thursday until service time at New Castle Christian Church.

Memorial contributions may be given to Prewitt Funeral Home to help with expenses.
