Blaine “Mouse” Heitzman, Sr., age 78 of Eminence, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Son of the late Owen and Maggie (Hibbert) Heitzman, he was preceded in death by several siblings; Sallie Carpenter, Ann Wizehart, Marie Quinn, Lary Heitzman, Tom Heitzman, and Owen "Monk" Heitzman.
Survived by:
Wife: Leanta Heitzman of Eminence
Son: Blaine “Fat Boy” Heitzman, Jr. of Eminence
Sisters: Lona Moore and Sue Steinberg
Brothers: William Heitzman and Bobby Heitzman
Grand Daughter: Cassie Heitzman
Blaine will be cremated. There will be no services at Prewitt Funeral Home.
A memorial service may be held at a later date.
