Charles Marvin Raisor, age 85, of Shelbyville (formerly of New Castle), passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Son of the late Willie Jay and Lucy Mable (Reid) Raisor, Charles was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Jay Raisor and his stepson, Stephen Clausing. Charles attended Campbellsville College and Spencerian College, he worked at LG & E and was a Kentucky State Trooper for 21 years. Upon retirement he worked with United with Christ Ministries in Houston, TX for over 26 years. Charles was a member of Living Waters Church in Shelbyville.

Celebration of Life: 1 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Living Waters Church, 5425 Frankfort Road, Shelbyville, KY 40065.
Visitation: 11 AM until service time on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Living Waters Church.
There will be a bereavement meal following the service. All family and friends are welcome.
