Martha C. (Watson) Noe, age 84, of Eminence, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025. Daughter of the late Alan and Iva (Arrowood) Watson, Martha was a member of Henry Christian Church. Martha loved reading, singing, listening to music, and any activities that had to do with her church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kesler Noe, a son, William Noe and a brother, Joseph Watson.

Funeral Service: 1 PM on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Bro. Ed Berry.
Burial: Pleasureville Cemetery
