Michael D. Frazier, age 76, of Campbellsburg, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at his residence with his loving family by his side. Son of the late Willie B. and Anna Frances (Mahoney) Frazier, he was a life-long farmer and entrepreneur. He was a member of the Campbellsburg Baptist Church, Campbellsburg Masonic Lodge and was honored as a Kentucky Colonel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Beth Ann Embry; a sister, Pamilla D. “Pam” Brewer; and brothers, Roy & Jadie Frazier.

19 Grandchildren: Geran Harris (Helena), Alysha Shelby (Jeremy), Mitchell Winburn (Molly), Teila Winburn, Ocean Hinshaw, Chloe (Carey) Szypulski (Donald), Dianna Ponichtera, Clayton Rader (Abie), Trent Rader (Anna), Quin Rader (Sabrina), Cole Prewitt (Ashley), Brie Thomas (Liz), Avery & Alden Harbison, and Miranda, Emma, Lucy, Charli Ann & Zion Frazier.

Funeral Service: 1 PM on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Brie (Prewitt) Thomas and assisted by Rev. Michael Duncan.

Active Pallbearers: Geran Harris, Mitchell Winburn, Clayton Rader, Trent Rader, Quin Rader, and Cole Prewitt

Burial: New Castle Cemetery
