Phillip W. Raisor

Phillip Wayne Raisor, age 88 of Eminence, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Son of the late Willie Jay and Lucy (Reed) Raisor, Phillip was a member of Ballardsville Baptist Church. He was a Retired United States Army Veteran. He was a Lockmaster with the Army Corp of Engineers for many years. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah McNees.

Phillip will be cremated. There will be no services held at Prewitt Funeral Home at this time.

Celebration of life will be 1:00 PM on Saturday,  February 14, 2026 at Dee Dee residence (2666 Drane Lane, Eminence, Ky)

There will be a meal & fellowship following the service at the house.
