Robert D. Clark

Robert D. Clark , age 80 of New Castle, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at The Richwood in LaGrange.   Son of the late William David and Edith Lee (Mertz) Clark, he was a farmer and a member of LaGrange Christian Church. A decorated Army veteran, he proudly served his country during the Vietnam War.  A jack of all trades, Robert was a skilled mechanic and carpenter.  He was an avid fisherman, but above all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren!  Robert was preceded in death by a brother, Carroll Clark, and a sister, Martha Bell.

Funeral Service: 11 AM on Friday, February 21, 2025 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor George Irvine of LaGrange Christian Church.

Pallbearers: Joshua Brierly, Weston Clark, Michael Abrams, Colton D. Clark, Zachary Mahuron, Blake Owen & Scott Collings

Burial: New Castle Cemetery

Memorial contributions may be made to WHAS Crusade for Children.

Visitation: 9 AM until service time on Friday at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
