Roger D. Kelley, age 80, of New Castle, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025. Son of the late Judy and Lula (Payton) Kelley, he was preceded in death by a sister, Glenda Joyce Kays, brothers, Jimmy Kelley, Judy Kelley, Jr., and Wayne Sutherland, a daughter, Robin Dale McLaughlin, a son, Roger Wayne Kelley and his stepfather, Albert Sutherland. Roger liked to fish and loved UK basketball.

Graveside Service: 1 PM on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the New Castle Cemetery Pavilion. Officiated by Bro. Shawn Golden.
